Bulldog Francés / French Bulldog

Belgazou of Freedom

Peggy was born in spring 2002 in Chicago, USA. Nobody would have guessed that a few months later she would be living with Monty. Only the bravery of her breeder, Marilyn Dockstader, and herself have made it possible for her to live so far away from where she was born.
Her story starts when she came into the world as a product of two very different lines. Her father, Bubba Jo, a fine example of American lines, has his family almost entirely based on the Kenle affix. Her mother, Harley, a bitch of Nordic origins and character is a result of the very best that Florence McLean could find for her beloved Ida.
There were seven pups, five girls and two boys. They were lucky enough to be born in a country and into a household where health is just as important as beauty and character.
The wait had been so long for a girl for Monty, and there had been many disappointments, so maybe fortune smiled and brought Peggy unexpectedly. Although born in the USA and now living in Spain, she was bought in England under the watchful eye of a great team who I am proud to call friends.
There’s no doubt that the fact that she is with Monty today is due in large part to the help of this team, without whose help Belgazou of Freedom, Peggy, would not be here now.

Marilyn Dockstader: for her bravery, trust, great work and this wonderful puppy
Florence McLean: for her friendship, collaboration and unstinting help
Sergio Blois: a true friend with a terrific eye for searching out what counts in a Frenchy
And many others who have helped to bring Peggy here

Many thanks to everyone!!!
